A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BARTENDERAs a Bartender, you are an essential part of our bar operations. You bring the fun and festivity of Rio de Janeiro to our guests through your friendly, upbeat personality and your ability to create made-to-order, hand-crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You assist and guide guests in making food and beverage selections that enhance their dining experience. You also work with a point of sale system to ensure that orders are correctly entered, processed, and closed out. Leveraging your communication skills, you communicate with front and back-of-the-house team members and maintain all aspects of the bar area including setting up, stocking products, maintaining storage areas, implementing inventory controls, and cleaning or maintaining all equipment, utensils, and tools. You abide by all liquor laws and ensure a safe but enjoyable environment. You feel good about using your bartending and customer service skills to help create the best experience for our guests! BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS

• Over the age of 19
• 1+ year of related experience
• Experience handling money and operating point of sales processing systemsA high school diploma and additional training in bartending are preferred, but not required. Can you provide excellent customer service? Are you able to work a flexible schedule? Do you have excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally? Can you manage your time effectively?
