As a market leader, we conduct business with integrity, partnership, and quality with all our employees, suppliers, and customers.We are seeking a Seasonal Reset Merchandiser located in Boise, ID. The Reset Merchandising team is an essential part of CSB's daily operations. A successful candidate will represent Craig Stein Beverage and our commitment to the development of quality partnerships with our customers. Seasonal Reset Merchandisers are responsible for the effective and efficient execution of all retail resets and merchandising.Schedule:6 am - noon or until finishedMonday - FridayWeekends offPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Execute retail merchandising tasks and the implementation of department or brand resets in grocery, convenience, and retail settings.Accurately manage, closeout, and turn in invoices in a timely mannerResponsible for the safe handling of products, resetting store shelves, and following schematicsWork independently, with customers, and the rest of the delivery and merchandising teamProvide excellent customer service and develop professional working relationships with store management, associates, and other merchandising companiesReceive required products and materials at a secure location, to be utilized for resetsAccurately report all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performedKnowledge and Skills Required:High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredMust have a current and valid driver's license with 4 points or less on driving recordMust have a reliable personal vehicle with the minimum required liability insuranceMust pass physical capabilities testing, background check, and drug test prior to employmentAbility to lift products up to 75 lbs. (i.e., full cases of wine) and possible repetitive lifting/moving back stock, building displays, and hanging of point of sale throughout the duration of the shiftAbility to read and understand schematic layouts and set prioritiesAttention to detail and time management skillsMust be 18 years or olderPay and Benefits:$16.50/hr.Overtime rate after 40 hoursDiscounted beverage products
