REQUIREMENTS:

LOVE for the restaurant industry

Ability to set up and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Ability to move throughout the kitchen under varying temperatures

Ability to follow detailed directions

Ability to complete daily prep tasks

Ability to prepare food according to specifications

Ability to safely utilize a variety of kitchen tools and machinery

Ability to assist with stocking

Ability to remain calm under stress

Ability to uphold company standard

Ability to uphold company policies

Ability to contribute to a fun and lively atmosphere

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Constantly move throughout the kitchen

Set up workstation

Regularly operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools

Execute daily prep tasks

Follow recipes to specifications using consistent methods

Read and understand tickets to determine what items needs to be prepared and when

Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe adherence, production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety

Assist in stocking and cleaning the line

Clean floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is orderly and sanitized at all times

Assist with dish pick-ups and line sweeps

Take out trash and boxes

Complete all closing duties before leaving restaurant

Support team members including leadership

Exude positive attitude under stress

Contribute to a fun and professional work environment

Ability to execute follow-through
