Operate various models of Greyhound buses safely, adhering to all traffic regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure bus functionality and safety. Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, loading and unloading luggage when necessary. Provide friendly and professional service, addressing all passenger queries courteously. Process tickets, handle reservations, and manage proofs of payments. Maintain a clean and orderly environment within the bus for the duration of all trips. Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring the safety of all passengers. Strong driving ability with an emphasis on safety High level of professionalism and responsibility Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Good geographical knowledge and ability to navigate routes effectively Ability to manage cash and electronic transactions securely Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement. Must have, or be able to obtain, a clean driving record and DOT medical card.
