projects, is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to
fill the position of Talent Acquisitions/HR Generalist. Founded in
2008, we have operations in four states with over 4,000
multi-family units and over $1B of assets under management. We

places we build and the cities we inhabit.In this hybrid role of
Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Generalist, you
will be responsible for coordinating the recruiting processes and
providing support in all facets of HR. You will be part of a
collaborative team that is building an active and engaged culture.
This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and is based
in Boise, Idaho.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
(Approximately 60%)
- Actively recruits for all levels of positions
- Develops, implements, and drives a comprehensive talent
acquisition strategy based on demonstrated thorough understanding
of the assigned geographic market, line of business, and
operational needs
- Actively seeks new and innovative methods for promoting the
organization and acquiring exceptional talent
- Partners with operations leadership on advertising and other
recruitment and communication strategies
- Provides support to ensure operations leaders are equipped to
interview and select candidates
- Coordinates all post job offer processes, including drug
testing, background checks, and new hire orientation; works with
leadership and other departments to ensure all activities are
performed timely and accuratelyHR Administration (Approximately
40%)
- Works to provide administrative functions for assigned
locations, including but not limited to compensation, benefits,
workers compensation, leave of absence, performance management, job
descriptions, HRIS administration, and exit interviews
- Protects the interests of employees and the company in
accordance with Human Resources policies and applicable laws and
regulations
- Partners with HR leadership to revise policies and communicate
new programs
- Provides reports and analytics for assigned locations; looks
for trends and partners with operations and HR leadership to
develop solutions as needed
- Use data to guide decision making and optimize organizational
health
- Drive planning and implementation of company-wide HR
initiatives
- Performs other duties as assignedPM21.
Requirements:
About You
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in
Human Resources required
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or
equivalent preferred
- Experience with basic Office suite computer and
record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence,
and partner with various levels of employees
- Strong competency within the HR function, including
demonstration of experience across multiple functions including;
recruiting, diversity and inclusion initiatives, compliance,
benefits, and compensation
- Embraces change and sets goals that align with the company's
vision
- Encourages and inspires others through positivity, vision,
confidence, challenges, and recognition
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality

BenefitsSalary: $50,000 - $60,000 depending upon candidate
experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position will
offer bonus incentives for a successful candidate placement. Paid
