Minimal experience required: completing a Supervisory class or seminar (more than 8 hours) or college level course specifically on supervisory practices, OR lead work experience that required direction and monitoring (if experience is on a fill-in basis it must be for three months or more). 06 Please describe your experience interpreting, applying or explaining state or federal laws, rules, and policies. Typically gained by at least one year of work experience which frequently required interpreting, applying, and explaining a variety of complex state or federal laws, rules, regulations, or policies to determine compliance or eligibility and explaining decisions to others. Decisions are complex and can affect the social or economic well-being of others or will result in a service or action being denied. 07 Please describe your experience researching and reviewing legal documents for compliance with laws and to identify and resolve complex issues (e.g. court orders, contracts, ownership, deeds, trusts, tax returns).
