In this role, you will be crucial in leading and transforming the cleanliness and service standards in healthcare facilities. The candidate will manage the housekeeping and custodial teams, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create a safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This position combines managerial responsibilities with hands-on operational tasks, optimized by Sodexos global standards for integrated food and facilities management services. Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and custodial staff. Implement and monitor programs to maximize patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of growth and efficiency. Manage supplies and equipment procurement within budget constraints. Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Proven ability to manage and inspire a team Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of sanitization protocols and environmental services Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in data-driven management and reporting tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) preferred OSHA training or equivalent certification in safety and health
