Location: Boise, Idaho
SPECIAL NOTIFICATION: The Idaho Office of the Attorney General

Resources and the Idaho Personnel Commission. This is an at-will
position. Example of Duties The successful applicant will be
responsible for assisting in litigating cases which could include
claims involving employment, torts, natural resources,
environmental claims, occupational licensing and constitutional
interpretation and defense. Attorneys in the Civil Litigation
Division represent the State of Idaho, its constitutional officers,
departments and agencies in matters related to those areas listed
Minimum Qualifications Admission in the Idaho Bar. Experience in
state and federal courts and administrative proceedings and the
ability to handle a large civil litigation case load are desirable.
Five or more years experience in civil litigation is preferred.
