Job Description:

We are hiring immediately for Assembly Associates to join our team in Boise, ID! As an Assembly Associate, you will be tasked with building high-quality trailer parts. You will be learning valuable new skills and assuming new responsibilities as needed.Previous experience is a big plus! Day and night shifts are available!Pay is $13.25 to $14.25 per hour. Schedule: * Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm* Monday-Thursday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 amQualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent.* Ability to work as a team member or independently.* Must be punctual & dependable.* Must have reliable transportation.* General mechanical/manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.* Knowledge of basic measuring tools, such as a tape measure.* Basic math and reading skills.* Ability to comprehend and follow technical instructions.* Must be able to pass a skill test.* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.* Must be able to stand on feet for most of the day/shift.Thank you for applying with IES Custom Staffing.
