Responsibilities:-- Responds to customer inquiries, meet customer needs, and works to maintain good customer relations while providing education and counseling as necessary-- Foreclosure prevention counseling-- FHA, VA, RHS & PMI loss mitigation techniques to maximize foreclosure prevention-- Complying with reporting requirements -- Assist with mortgage servicingJob Requirements:* Qualifications:-- Experience in residential real estate lending, residential loan processing/closing/servicing or related field preferred -- Experience with collection, loss mitigation programs or loan counseling preferred-- Excellent customer service skills required-- Familiarity with banking systems and procedures a plusCompensation depends on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
