And we would love to have you on this journey with us! Apply today. This is a unique opportunity to Lead a team of Field Service Engineers and/or CAD specialists. You handle the day to day service business together with your team. Your responsibilities include: Lead, develop and organize your team effectively (including measurements) Coach and develop individuals' skills, competence and potential. Create an environment in which a team can deliver according to the expectations, within the PMO (Project Portfolio Office) Deployment / Solution Validation. Perform technical work in support of Deployment of Esko solutions to Customers (max. 60% of your time). Keep your own knowledge up to date by attending relevant courses, self-study, and in depth preparation. We are looking for a professional who is: Customer-oriented: you are an excellent listener and you understand the customers' needs. You relate these in our support offering. Good troubleshooting skills. Possess a sense of urgency & hands-on mentality. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Flexible towards opening hours, standby, regular customer visits Experience in people management. Your Education and/or Background Experience will include: Excellent knowledge about Esko products and solutions. At least 2 years' of relevant experience in the field.
