Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:The Patient Access Liaison is responsible for working collaboratively with marketing, service line leaders, and the medical group to develop a patient access program for targeted services. Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for patients who are seeking targeted services from Saint Alphonsus and assisting them in navigating the Health System. Responsible for tracking and managing consumer leads, to develop a positive relationship with Saint Alphonsus Health System.Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree.Two years of experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, relationship management, marketing, education, relationship building or experience dealing with multiple constituencies.Essential Functions:Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.Demonstrate ability to track and present program outcomesDemonstrate team concepts; possess analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.Demonstrate strong customer service and problem solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skillsPrimarily responsible for managing leads and assisting with access to identified specialties and procedures within the Saint Alphonsus Health System through the development of strategic relationships with consumers, patients and leads.Effectively manages details of the sales and prospecting process for new patients from initial encounter to hospital discharge (prospecting, patient engagement, presentation and follow-up interactions).Manages new patient leads from online and in-person engagement activities and tracks outcomes.Works with marketing to manage, organize and promote consumer engagement seminars and tracks outcomes.Works closely with Saint Alphonsus business development, marketing or other departments to ensure consistency of messages and activities in the advancement of the medical center's business objectives.Develops understanding of patient issues and researches and resolves patient issues.Assists with the planning of sales objectives based upon market assessment and organizational prioritiesAbility to attend occasional evening events.Plan, execute and host an event with multiple attendees.Follows HIPAA and applicable Stark regulations as set forth by hospital.Trinity Health's Commitment to Diversity and InclusionTrinity Health employs about 133,000 colleagues at dozens of hospitals and hundreds of health centers in 22 states.
