ClericalDescriptionResponsibilities Include:Greets the public as
they enter our Administrative Office lobby. Determines visitor
needs and contacts appropriate team members when applicable.
Answers company phone and directs the call to the appropriate team
member. Oversees mail and dispatch duties, exchanges daily credit
union mail at the post office, handles statement and return mail
duties, sorts daily interbranch courier bags and distributes
delivery contents to appropriate team members. Handles insurance
mail and spoiled postage reports.QualificationsInterpersonal
Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside
and/or outside the organization for the purpose of making a first
impression, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.
Discussions involve a higher degree of professionalism, requiring
diplomacy and tact in communication.Other Skills: Basic computer
skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, learning the Neurilink room
reservation system, learning document scanning and postage machine
duties, and multi-line phone system operations. Strong, friendly
voice and good diction.Physical Requirements: Some physical effort
may be required with receiving and delivering packages, mail, or
community room needs. Typical of most office jobs. Work in
comfortable positions.Work Environment: Normal light, heat, air,
and space in work environment.
