Senior Enterprise Data Analyst

You will help accomplish this mission by being a member of the CTO team, bringing data to light about the entire 400+ R&D organization.

About the role:

We continue to be a growing company with clients who love us and are experiencing a rapid increase in the amount and diversity of data available to us. In this role, you will

• Work with senior leaders across the R&D organization to define and collect business-critical data
• Build, manage and analyze data sets to identify opportunities for system and organizational improvements
• Present insights from data analysis with easy-to-understand visuals
• Drive solutions for identified areas of improvement

About the data:

The data sets you will be working with come from a variety of areas of the Clearwater ecosystem, including:

• Our application stack which utilizes SQL server for data storage
• Application logging and monitoring, provided via Kibana, New Relic, and Grafana.
• Communication mediums including Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Office365

We would love to hear from you if

• You have at least 5 years of professional data analysis experience
• You have a knack for finding patterns in data and influencing action based on those patterns
• You geek out on digging into data to understand a problem
• You can clearly explain the insights you derive from data to a broad audience
• You can communicate effectively with technical teams and management to relay data requirements and insights
