We are looking for a Full-Time Rad tech for an Evening shift. Sign on Bonus and relocation assistance is available. As a Rad Tech with Saint Alphonsus, you will perform procedures on patients according to protocols, ensuring that you acquire optimum exams in an efficient and timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of utilized medications, instruments, and supplies. Our ideal candidate has previous Rad Tech experience in a hospital setting and has the knowledge/skills necessary to care for patients of all ages. He or she will be familiar with the equipment and supplies pertinent to providing high quality exams, and have the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families. Job Requirements Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or enrolled in an ARRT acknowledged radiology program. If, during the course of employment, colleague is no longer in the acknowledged radiology program, the colleague is required to notify their supervisor and/or HR. Upon completion of ARRT program, ARRT registry examination must be successfully completed and ARRT registered within 1 year from hire. Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS or as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk. Previous Radiologic Technologist experience in a hospital setting preferred. Why Saint Alphonsus?
