For the past 10 years, the company has helped more than 300 clients grow their communities through the execution of in-person events and digital experiences. We have offices in the US and Europe and our clients include tech industry leaders such as Intel, IBM, Samsung, Salesforce, as well as brands like L'Oreal, Mercedes, NBCUniversal and others.
Position SummaryWe are looking for a candidate who is seeking experience in both digital and in-person event production, as well as project management, to join our team. This position will report directly to the Head of Production and will support the Production, Communication, and Logistics Teams. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, problem solver, creative, computer savvy, ambitious and excited to get their hands on different aspects of digital event planning and client management. Some experience in digital marketing, event coordination or communication is a plus! -
This is a great position to learn the ins and outs of the digital event production cycle. Below are tasks to illustrate the type of work the applicant will strive to accomplish. Understand that you are not limited to these tasks as the position will require someone who is willing and able to work on any task assigned. This list exists to help you get an idea of what your daily function(s) could be.
Project Assistant Essential Duties & Responsibilities are:

  • Operations & Production: Support ongoing projects and day-to-day operational needs of our Events team, that require simultaneous multi-event planning and production
  • Project Delivery: Collaborate with our Communications team to deliver project objectives, through content creation, social media activity, newsletters, etc.
  • Content Creation: Support project managers in the creation of client documents and event slide decks
  • Future of Onsite Event Coordination: Potentially attend our events, manage on-site logistics and communication with participants (currently all work is remote until further notice)
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
  • Timely Communication: Communicate relevant project information to appropriate parties, resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Active Learning: Participate in development opportunities including training -Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
    • Entry level position for someone interested in technology and innovation and eager and willing to add to their knowledge base and skills
    • Pleasant and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Efficient and well organized -Desired Skills
      • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
      • Taking the Initiative: Work proactively and be assertive
      • Communication Skills: Ability to write professional emails and content
      • Tools Experience: Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive), Slack and general computer/software interfaces. -
