The Custodial Staff follows established safety procedures and must demonstrate the willingness to interact with all staff and patrons in a friendly and respectful manner. Reporting to the Facility Manager, under the direction of the Custodial Supervisor, the Custodial Staff is responsible for the cleanliness of all public and back of house areas including offices and service areas.OUR PURPOSE:As Idaho's premier event venue, our mission is to WOW our guests with unforgettable experiences. Requirements:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:Custodial or cleaning experience, preferredKnowledge of building cleaning practices, methods, supplies, and equipmentMust be able to read and follow instructions on labelsAbility to safely operate equipment and use cleaning suppliesAbility to perform multiple functions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and be flexible with changes in work loadsProvides timely and thorough customer service to internal and external customersCommunicates regularly within department and cross functional teamsRegular and reliable work attendance at scheduled time on-sitePHYSICAL REQUIRMENTSAbility to safely operate heavy and potentially dangerous equipmentAbility to perform heavy manual labor for extended periodsExposure to hazardous chemicalsOccasionally will: ascends tall heights up to 22 feet; work in outdoor weather conditions; be exposed to moderate noise levels and temperature extremesFrequently will: stand and walk for long periods of time; bend, stoop, kneel, and twist; reach and use ladder, stools, and stairsFrequently lifts, pushes, and pulls up to 50 poundsMust be willing to work outside of normal business hours, long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidaysPI179838034
