Overview
Are you looking for a great opportunity? Boise Cascade is looking
for a Payroll Systems Specialist to join the Payroll team in the
Corporate HR Services. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you
will work with the Payroll and HR teams to help process payroll and
maintain our time and labor system. You will be eligible for a
hybrid option once training is complete.

Responsibilities
You will:
* Ensure payroll is processed
* Provide front-end support for the time and labor system
* Complete a variety of wage requests
* Route garnishment requests to the vendor
* Identify necessary training for end-users to increase their
effectiveness and ability to use HR systems and tools with
self-service model
* Help collaborate with subject matter experts to identify
opportunities for process improvement and automation
* Partner with cross-functional teams to accomplish assignments
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best
practices. May perform audits to ensure regulatory compliance
* Demonstrated experience to prioritize workflows, meet deadlines,
and manage tasks
* Demonstrate high attention to detail and provide accurate data
entry
* Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, environmental
awareness, and process improvement
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 3+ years of payroll experience
* Familiarity with UltiPro, Infor Workforce Management, or similar
HCM and Time and Labor Systems
* Proficiency in pulling large amounts of data and analyzing data
in Excel using vLookups, pivot tables and data analysis
* Have a basic understanding of HR policies and state compliance
regarding employment practices
Preferred Qualifications:
* Multi-state payroll processing experience preferred
