The ideal candidate will: - Have integrity and a strong desire to help others - Have excellent customer service and communication skills - Possess excellent analytical skills and an attention to detail - Be a self-starter and have a strong desire to learn and improve - Have excellent skills in - Working with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain business solutions in Encompass and other ICE systems - Applying security, and other system updates - Microsoft Office applications - Researching, troubleshooting, and fixing issues - Reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SSMSJob Requirements:Position Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and training - Ideally possess admin certifications, and/or training in Encompass and other ICE tools - Understanding of electronic content management, workflow, requirement gathering, test scripts, technical design, technical documentation, and training - Ability to work with diverse departments, understand their business process, and make programming and configuration changes accordingly - Ability to follow SDLC (software development lifecycle) methodologies - Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work as an effective team member is essential - Mortgage systems experience a plus Compensation depends on experience and includes a comprehensive benefit package.
