Job Description:

* Ralph L Wadsworth is looking for Loader, Rollers and Water Wagon Operators in Boise, ID on 8/1/22

Pay- Starts at $25.00 and goes up DOE

Schedule is 5/10s with possible sat work

Must have Quarry experience, 15+ Cubic yard units

There are day and night positions so you must be willing to work either.

* Required Experience, Roles and Responsibilities:

Heavy Equipment Operators will be responsible for operating heavy earth moving equipment in support of company grading and site operations. Abilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Ability to load, move, level and grade dirt, rocks, demoed concrete and other materials in a safe and efficient manner all in a high paced environment to maintain production goals.
* Ability to maintain the initiative to maintain the flow of work under minimal supervision.
* General housekeeping, light maintenance of equipment, proper care of equipment, operating the equipment without damaging it along with maintenance checks of equipment including reporting usage/utilization hours on a daily basis.
* Experience working with GPS installed devices on dozers and motor graders is preferred but not necessary
* Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning loads in response to hand or audio signals from other crew members.

* Must have the ability to communicate clearly, listen and understand information through spoken works and sentences to ensure full comprehension of job duties, safety regulations, and other situations that may require an immediate response.

* Minimum of 3 + Years of Heavy Equipment Operating Experience in Loaders, Rollers and Water Wagon operating
* Ability to work as a Team Member and work in a professional manner and a positive attitude
* Frequent gross body movements such as bending, climbing into equipment, lifting (up to 75lbs), twisting, standing, balancing, stooping, handling materials, moving around hazardous sites.
* Good Eye to Hand coordination a must. Depth perception required.
* Flexible availability to include overtime and possible weekends.
* Valid Driver's license
