Here are some of the things you will do:Operate heavy equipment, including trackhoe, backhoe, loader, skidsteer, dozer, and crusher equipment.Excavate trenches, load trucks with quality material, grade pads/floors in conformance to requirements.Service and clean equipment as needed, as well as perform pre and post inspections to ensure proper performance of equipment.Assist with plant maintenance and operations.Be a great, reliable team member.We want you to grow with us and are excited to give you opportunities to grow your skill level and try new things. Additionally, we're looking for:The ability to operate heavy equipment productively, efficiently, and safely.Someone who can demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.Someone who likes working outdoors.High energy. We work a lot of hours in a day, and your high energy will keep you going with the rest of your team.MSHA training is preferred.At least 1 year of experience at running a loader, dozer or trackhoe.Crusher experience is also preferred.You'll need a valid driver's license and the documents to show your eligibility to work in the U.S. Sound interesting?
