Lead Green Card SpecialistWork you'll doThe Lead Green Card
Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and
enhancement of the Green Card programs across business in the U.S.
This role will involve the application of immigration and program
knowledge to facilitate certain green card-related processes,
ensure internal and regulatory compliance, and will communicate
with key business stakeholders. This role will help resolve
programmatic and process issues, and make recommendations for
enhancing the green card program processes, policies, and
strategies in partnership with others across the team.Serve as main
POC for the Green Card Program for U.S. based professionals by
working with the applicable law firm to development and implement
the Green Card Programs, including initiations, filing policies and
strategies, exceptions, etc.Customize relevant green card program
reporting, leveraging internal data dashboards and law firm
dashboards, to monitor the progress of permanent residency cases
for a particular business or businesses, address issues, identify
trends and opportunities, and recommend solutions for future
cycles. This may be in collaboration with the PERM Services Manager
and Specialists.Serve as subject matter expert and assist with
management of internal and external immigration regulatory and
compliance processes, policies, protocols, and projects pertaining
to the permanent residency programs for a particular business or
businessesDevelop communications campaigns, including Town Halls
and written messages, to Talent and employee/candidate stakeholders
to inform and educate on permanent residency programs, partnering
with applicable law firm, for assigned businessHelp resolve issues
from law firms in the preparation and filing of non-PERM permanent
residency cases, and help resolve escalations and issues raised by
Immigration Experience Specialists for employees/candidates from
assigned businessesDrive the development of recommendations to
improve cost effectiveness, process efficiency, and employee
experience within the permanent residency programs in collaboration
with Talent Immigration leadershipCreate and maintain IV program
documentation (SOPs, process maps, knowledge articles)The teamThe
Immigration Programs & Strategy Team is part of the Talent
Immigration organization of Deloitte Services LP. This team is
responsible for supporting the needs of our foreign national
practitioners across all businesses. This includes the development
and delivery of strategic immigration programs, as well as
strategic projects to enhance the immigration experience of our
foreign national practitioners.Qualifications Required:Bachelor's
Degree and U.S. business immigration knowledge gained through at
least 3 years of related experience in a law firm, in-house, and/or
education institution environmentStrong understanding of
employment-based immigration processesAbility to leverage and
analyze data to glean insights and create recommendations on
workforce planning and programmatic KPIsStrong written
communication skills and ability to translate complex legal
concepts into layman's termsAdvanced competency in core
professional skills, especially attention to detail,
responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and
tactAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility
to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriatelyAbility to work both
independently and collaboratively with large teamsAbility to manage
and resolve complex and sensitive situations while managing

range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors
that are considered in making compensation decisions including but
not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and
certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The
disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable
geographic differential associated with the location at which the
position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their
role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range is $71,425-$146,670.You may also be eligible to participate
in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules
governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various
factors, including, without limitation, individual and
