experience. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for
providing strategic and tactical project and program management
oversight. This role will support IT, senior leaders, product
owners, key stake holders and various other internal teams to
achieve business objectives. The Project Manager will provide
management and oversight of daily project activities. This role
will act also as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams. The
Project Manager will work with various teams to define project
objectives, allocate resources and articulate solutions. The role
will define scope and success criteria, plan schedules, manage work
efforts, and monitor projects from inception through delivery. The
Project Manager will develop and manage communications with
cross-functional team members and senior management in Engineering,
Release Management, Information Security, Service and Support, and
Finance and may engage and oversee the work of external vendors.
This role will work in an agile environment in collaboration with
IT teams in crafting and managing programs across multiple product
lines. Responsibilities: Support and lead various projects and
programs from initiating through closing. Manage offshore teams
efficiently and effectively when applicable. Formulate clear
concise status reports for executive management and key
stakeholders. Demonstrate business results and help make results
visible. Remove blocking issues and help teams be successful.
Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity
and innovation. Proactively manage, communicate and mitigate
project risks. Partner with various IT and business units and
offshore teams to analyze requirements and provide a framework and
plans for successful completion. Monitor and control work with key
stakeholders in the various Business Units including, Information
Security, Finance, IT, and others. Track and follow up on project
tasks and deliverables to assure they meet delivered on time, with
quality and under budget. Document detailed agendas, meeting
minutes, and action items from project status meetings. Provide
work direction, training and development to cross-functional
project team members. Champion and utilize tools and business
systems that support the Project Management Office. Work with
senior management to understand business priorities and ensure
alignment with project work. Required Qualifications: Bachelors'
degree or equivalent work experience 8-10 years of IT experience,
with at least 2-3 years' experience in IT project management Proven
experience working with on-shore and offshore resources Strong
knowledge of various IT functions and basic healthcare industry
knowledge Outstanding interpersonal communications skills, capable
of interacting well with business and technical leaders Ability to
communicate well at all levels of the organization, tailoring
communications for the audience (i.e. using technical and business
terminology where appropriate) Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Customer service focus Self-motivated and
proactive individual with the ability to drive tasks through to
successful completion Expert level experience with Microsoft Office
including SharePoint and networking technology and concepts Working
familiarity with the principles and practices of the PMBOK guide to
project management Experience with Agile software development
concepts, including Scrum, Collaborative Development, Lean
Principles and Product Owner Desired Qualifications: PMI
