leads the way from harm to home. IRC opened an office in Boise in
2006 and provides a continuum of services including intensive case
management, employment and economic empowerment services,
immigration assistance, health and wellness programming, and
education support to refugee and immigrant families in Idaho. IRC

accessible services and maintaining and evolving a diverse,
inclusive, and supportive workplace. Job Overview: The Ukrainian
Services Coordinator manages intake of Ukrainian Humanitarian
Parolees (UHPs) and coordinates the work of staff providing
services as an integral part of IRC in Boise's Ukrainian response.
The Ukrainian Services Coordinator plans and implements
programming, coordinates core service delivery, supervises staff,
ensures program goals are met, and satisfies budgetary, compliance
and reporting responsibilities for the assigned portfolio. He/ She
will develop and maintain relationships with a variety of Ukrainian
response stakeholders, including sponsor families and community
organizations. Major Responsibilities: Case Management (50%) +
Reviews the submitted (online) Ukrainian Parolee intake forms
regularly. + Assigns cases to housing and employment caseworkers
and ensures timely provision of case management services. + Guides
the implementation of case management services to ensure all
needs-based services are completed in a timely manner. +
Collaborates with other departments to encourage timely internal
and external referrals. Partnership Building (10%) + Collaborates
with the housing team to ensure expansion of access to sources of
affordable housing. + Maintains relationships with community-based
organization with the goal of connecting clients with necessary
benefits and services. Documentation, Reporting and Contract
Compliance (25%) + Guides the timely implementation of program
