What you'll be doing: We are seeking a Customer Implementation Consultant to join our team and help customers find success with our products. As a Customer Implementation Consultant, you'll be working with an amazing team of smart, curious, and helpful Implementation Consultants and Specialists -within the larger Customer Success (CS) team -to get customers up and running -with our products. Your primary responsibility with be to meet with new customers to guide them through consultation by: -

• Understanding their goals
• Educating -them on our products
• Developing a plan to achieve their goals through our products
• Gathering requirements
• Evaluating their data
• Defining the implementation scope
• Managing their expectations. You will also work closely with our Implementation Specialists to provide them with the customer data and information they need for a successful onboard. Your first 90 days: In your first 90 days you will:
  • Shadow Implementation Specialists to learn the technical side of onboarding customers
  • Shadow Implementation Consultants to learn the consulting side of onboarding customers
  • Start leading consulting conversations with customers What we're looking for:
    • A consultative mindset; as a member of the Customer Success team -you are an advocate for our customers!
    • A natural sense of curiosity to learn and grow
    • A demonstrated ability to learn and implement new -skills quickly
    • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • 3+ years of business analysis and requirements gathering experience
    • Prior -consulting experience in the software industry
    • Prior experience managing customer expectations. Additional experience that will be helpful but is not required:
      • Prior project management experience
      • Prior experience working with spreadsheets, data, relational databases, and/or a programming language
      • Prior -experience at a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a passion for helping customers succeed with our products.
