Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas with high business acumen. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.Ideal candidate will be one that is comfortable in leading in meetings, gathering business requirements, working through others, and has a natural curiosity on how things work. - Experience working with application security, provisioning, Java development, and account management is a plus.Key Responsibilities

• Work across Simplot to leverage the Identity Access Management (IAM) application to execute on application delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with Program/Project Managers, Global Solution Owners, Delivery Leads, Enterprise Architects, and Product Managers to develop detailed project plans and work break down structures for large enterprise projects.
• Expert level of knowledge in multiple technologies or IT disciplines
• Excellent Relationship Skills with strong verbal and communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership.
• Tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
• Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of delivery analysts and engineers.Typical Education
  • Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalentRelevant Experience
    • 3+ years related experience and/or training
    • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via out-of-the-box product, technology and integration
    • Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements
    • Strong customer orientation with the ability to listen, prioritize and champion key initiatives
    • Flexible and self-motivated, with great interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and lead others across functions
    • Ability to quickly learn new products and platforms
