Job Description:

Role: Internal Communication Specialist- 1 Location: Boise, ID Duration: 6-12 MonthsDescription: Objective: We are searching for a communication specialist to support the DEI teams communication content development and posting on internal and external digital and social media. This role will also support gathering and drafting content to support DEI survey and award submissions.Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the DEI director of communication, strategy and engagement, maintain DEI event postings, program content and communication on internal tools: the DEI SharePoint channel. Promote content on ServiceNow portal channels.
• Facilitate translation of international content with translation vendor.
• Enter and track cases with internal studio team in Workfront tool
• Leverage your creativity by enhancing the DEI SharePoint channel and how DEI content interfaces with ServiceNow portals to create a more engaging user experience, promoting content for various audiences throughout the company.
• Track and report out on DEI communication metrics via SharePoint and PeopleNow; and, work with appropriate stakeholders to regularly report out on DEI social media campaigns.
• Support the team by working with key internal stakeholders to gather and prepare content for DEI survey and award applications and the annual DEI report.
• Assist in the organization and execution of employee and community events.
• Conduct research on various DEI-related topics.
• Develop DEI-related content.
• Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
  • Examples of writing skills for corporate communication, marketing, journalism or relevant experience.
  • Experience using SharePoint or similar web posting tools.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of diversity, equality and inclusion through work, college experience or other relevant activities.Ideal candidates will have:
    • Strong writing skills for corporate communication and social media marketing.
    • Knowledge and experience following AP Style.
    • Experience using Microsoft SharePoint tools.
    • Experience and examples using Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Examples of academic research projects.
    • Experience following brand style guidelines.
    • Experience with ServiceNow tools and graphic design a plus.
