Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workup Liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and balance workload for workup staff, assign workup
requests, and notify all parties involved
Manage database of vendors and providers, respond to requests,
onboard new vendors, and conduct trainings
Schedule filgrastim injections, communicate details to relevant
parties, and update records
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated understanding of business concepts and best office
practices
Proficiency in word processing, database, Adobe, and Excel
spreadsheet software
Ability to work independently, demonstrate excellent interpersonal
skills, and maintain confidentiality
High school diploma or GED, with at least 3 years of administrative
experience in a medical or clinical environment
Experience in a role using medical terminology is preferred
