Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Lead Generation Business
Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy various prospecting/lead generation approaches across target
accounts nationally
Research and gather client prospect's critical business needs and
challenges
Identify and qualify budget, timelines, business issues, and
obstacles for hand off to senior sales executive or practice
leader
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years' experience in prospecting, lead generation, and
business development strategies
At least 1 year's experience in lead generation of cloud SaaS ERP
and solutions exposure such as Workday, ServiceNow, or
Salesforce
Experience identifying and working with C-level clients and setting
qualified client meetings for senior level sales
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
