Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior ITSM Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement, manage, and support ITSM solutions across a global user community
Create frameworks to address ongoing integrations into the ITSM ecosystem with associated support models and management
Research, recommend, and implement solutions to introduce holistic quality assurance practices across infrastructure, development, and application support teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in an IT or Engineering discipline
10+ years of experience with ITSM solutions and frameworks including implementation and support models
10+ years of experience in integrating quality as a measurable metric for large scale infrastructure, application, and process environments and platforms
8+ years of experience in working with cross functional teams to implement technical and business process improvements across application environments servicing more than 1,000 employees
Extensive experience in documenting complex processes, procedures, and workflows across on premise and cloud infrastructures
