enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryThe Talent Partner will
provide strategic sourcing--and acquiring talent through effective
talent strategies that create value for our stakeholders and a
positive experience for our candidates. In this role you will
build, engage, and manage internal and external pipelines aligned
with the business talent strategy as part of our talent acquisition
efforts. You will support all levels (ie. seasonal, hourly,
salaried, and salaried non-exempt positions) in our agriculture
business lines, with a focus on locations West of the Mississippi
River. We are looking for someone comfortable--working individually
or as part of a team supporting all of Simplot business groups and
locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume
recruitment, possess excellent communication skills in both English
and Spanish, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan for future workforce;
develop internal and external pipeline strategies for business
portfolios; execute strategies and maintain pipelines,--especially
for high volume recruiting.
- Integrate information, insights and trends from Talent and
Business Partners to develop more comprehensive approaches to
acquiring top talent.
- Participates in recruitment planning discussions with client
facing recruitment peer, business, and HR Partners.
- Effectively manages internal and external candidates and
delivers a positive candidate experience.
- Engages, educates, and trains the organization to effectively
participate in the talent acquisition process.
- Leverages technology and metrics to deliver talent acquisition
objectives.
- Identifies and supports continuous improvement activities and
initiatives across the function; helps create and maintain SOP's
related to all recruiting operations.Typical EducationBachelor's
Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or universityRelevant
Experience
- 3+ years related experience, preferably in a high volume and
agriculture industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly
desired.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.Required CertificationsOther InformationKnowledge:
HCM/ATS System, Recruiting lifecycle management, Business acumen,
Current and forward-looking sourcing and marketing methods.
