Job Description:

Maintain a safe and clean internal building appearance through good housekeeping, organization, and management of walking surfacesFollow work schedules to complete all required cleaning and sanitizing, and complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job ordersPerform custodian duties, such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, picking up debris, emptying trash cans and recycling, and general cleaning; these activities may include using equipment such as floor sweepers, polishers, vacuum cleaners, and dustersMaintain all restrooms, locker rooms, breakrooms, and footbaths in a sanitary manner; replenish supplies and paper products in break room and restroomsMaintain inventory of cleaning and other supplies; notify appropriate contact or update supply sheet to re-order suppliesMaintain cleanliness and safety of exterior of building; maintain outdoor facilities and grounds, which may involve operating a variety of power equipment for general grounds maintenance --- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requestsUse chemicals to sanitize and clean the facilityPerform related duties as requested by environmental health and safety (EHS), maintenance, management, or other staff members (e.g., help to coordinate and/or prepare for inspections and special events)Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed --- Follow all safety requirements and wear proper PPEImplement all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
