Zennify is looking for a MuleSoft Architect to join our team! As a trusted MuleSoft Partner, you will work within our Zennify Professional Services and Delivery team to design and manage MuleSoft integration solutions on various customer engagements, focusing on successful client outcomes and exceeding customer expectations. The MuleSoft Architect role is a remote, direct hire position, salaried with benefits. Third party and contractor are not being considered at this time.Primary Responsibilities* Manages and participates in the entire software development lifecycle for MuleSoft solutions* Facilitates the overall solution design and implementation using the MuleSoft platform to solve complex business challenges* Captures and maps business requirements to system/technical requirements and identifies gaps and risks* Assess and make recommendations to optimize processes, designs, operations, and testing* Understands the technical depth of the project, its business value, and validates the correct resources for implementing the project* Recommends alternative approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates* Leads design and code reviews using Mulesoft development tools* Analyzes and mitigates bugs and issues* Leads release planning and deployment for MuleSoft projects* Designs, develops, tests and documents scalable, high-quality business solutions using MuleSoft and Salesforce technologies* Conducts unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing* Supports pre-sales engagements, estimates, solution design and can articulate what requirements have changed* Writes technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the development team* Documents build plans and delegates work to developers and system administrators* Works closely with our clients to assess their current architecture and architect solutions that meet their current integration needs* Articulates the value of recommended MuleSoft products and solutions to customers and project teams* Takes lead on training, coaching and mentoring fellow Delivery team members on technical and business skills related to MuleSoft solutionsRequired Qualifications* 6+ years of experience leading system integration projects* 10+ years of experience designing and architecting technical integration solutions* Proven expertise on MuleSoft ESB, Anypoint Studio, Dataweave and CloudHub* Expert level skills with API Management tools using MuleSoft API Manager, Apigee, AWS, Mashery, etc.* Extensive experience producing and consuming web services as REST and SOAP APIs* Extensive experience implementing various integration design patterns (Pub/Sub, API-led, Schedulers, ETL)* Experience implementing event driven approaches using Anypoint MQ, VM Queues, JMS, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, etc.* Experience integrating with various DBMS technologies (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB)* Strong familiarity with cloud architecture and networking (Regions, HA, VPC/VPN)* Experience authenticating and connecting to cross cloud implementations (Salesforce, AWS, Azure, GCP)* Hands on experience with various industry integration technologies like Dell Boomi, Progress Sonic, Tibco, Informatica SSIS, Oracle Fusion, Jitterbit, etc.* Strong experience leading technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with clients* Superior experience identifying and documenting business process and technical requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modeling and functional design experience* Experience writing user stories to capture business requirements* Experience managing project teams relevant to the delivery of the technical solution* Strong experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies throughout the whole development lifecycle* Strong experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with third party systems* Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce* Has familiarity and first-hand experience with third party solutions that support vertical objectives* Understands the importance of scalability and maintainability* Understands when to use a declarative solution versus a custom code solution* Strong experience leading release planning and deployment* Superior experience recommending alternative approaches, analyzing impacts and facilitating sizing estimates* Superior experience conducting unit, integration, and performance testing and participating with users for user acceptance testing to support a successful project outcome* Superior experience analyzing and mitigating bugs and issues as needed to support a successful project outcome* Strong experience leading design and code reviews* Superior experience leading release planning and deployment* Strong experience leading client training* Superior experience demoing a solution to the clientPreferred Qualifications* MuleSoft Integration Architect and MuleSoft Platform Architect Certifications* Thorough understanding of all MuleSoft products/features, support/training offerings, and subscription/pricing models* Strong background building with Java EE or comparable enterprise frameworks* Salesforce development experience such as Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, etc. preferred* Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or nCino LOS* Prior background in financial services and banking tech is preferred, such as Jack Henry, Fiserv, Temenos, etc.Qualities of the Ideal Candidate* Thrives in a
