--- Plan, organize and assist agile team efforts in Quality--- Work closely with Product to discover testability requirements--- Provide consistent and active communication and execution of the Kount Quality Strategy--- Articulate risks, defects and status to appropriate audiences--- Define, execute and analyze manual and automated tests based on risk--- Pursue automation first by partnering with SDET and Developer team members--- Analyze service functionality for risk points and implement a plan to qualify them--- Perform exploratory and chaos testing against service functionality Qualifications: --- 4+ years professional quality assurance experience, preferably in a SaaS delivery model--- Curiosity to research and question product design's--- Experience with Amazon Web Services--- Understanding of risk modeling, exploratory testing and test automation--- Ability to think abstractly and deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems--- Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a collaborative team environment Kount offers excellent compensation and benefits packages in a cool work environment with a relaxed dress code.
