Canada, Europe and Asia. JOB SUMMARY:Assist with all production
processes not directly associated with the machining of parts by
developing and implementing processes and metrics that increase
efficiency and improve quality. Ensure that Rekluse products comply
with established quality standards that meet or exceed Rekluse
customer expectations through the utilization of standardized work
practices, quality processes, equipment improvements, and effective
measurements. Reduce the cost of quality by reducing waste from
defects and over-processing or incorrect processing. The Quality
Technician is also a team representative in our pursuit and
attainment of the ISO goals of 'Customer Satisfaction' and
'Continual Improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:Quality
Requirements:
Education:High school diploma or GED from an accredited
institution. Experience:Minimum of 2-4 years of inspection and/or
manufacturing environment experience.Minimum of 2 years of ISO
experience preferred. Computer Skills:Ability to use Excel, Word,
and Access effectively. Communication Skills:Excellent
communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to
communicate with both management and non-management associates.
Other Skills (Technical, or Other special knowledge and
abilities)Understanding of lean manufacturing
