Job Description:

As part of the Global Sales Strategy & Operations organization within Wolters Kluwer, Tax & Accounting (TAA) Division, we are looking to hire a Technical Program Manager Advanced Technologies for our Salesforce and Sales Operations Project & Program Management.**Travel Requirements:** up to 30%**Reports to:** Associate Director, Global Sales Operations**Basic Function:** In this role, you'll be managing complex Salesforce implementation and system integration initiatives globally for our Tax & Accounting division. This position will work globally across all levels of the TAA organizations and its partners, and is responsible for coordinating internal resources and monitoring projects, from inception to completion, as well as participating hands-on in the projects. This position works closely with technical and business teams as well as the Global Sales Operations to ensure consistency in program deliver and enable us to achieve our business goals.**Responsibilities:**+ Provide technical thought leadership, solve large & complex systems integration challenges as the leader and support partner of many key initiatives delivered within Global Sales Operations and its Partners+ Manage advanced technology programs, by defining milestones and success criteria, manage budgets and risks+ Understand Salesforce, service-based integration toolsets (REST, SOAP, middleware programs such as IIB), and general technical capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange+ Drive the end-to-end process to turn ideas into programs that bring measurable value to business units and the TAA Division+ Encourage creative and innovative thinking on large and diverse teams+ Share lessons and best practices across TAA and business communities+ Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams+ Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity+ Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company+ Position will require working some evening, weekend and holiday hours. At points in the development, delivery and support cycle, position may require 24x7 cell phone availability+ May perform other duties as assigned by management**Job qualifications:**+ 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant-work experience required+ A minimum of 5 or more years of experience managing/hands-on coordination and development of Salesforce and systems integrations+ Stay up-to-date with current development of Salesforce, its partner ecosystems, and cloud systems integration frameworks+ Software development lifecycle, project implementation methodologies, such as agile, etc.+ Software engineering principles+ DevOps experience in applying concepts to managing requirements and backlogs+ Infrastructure knowledge for supporting cloud-based systems integrations+ The right candidate will have an engaging and professional leadership style that builds and sustains credibility with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholdersEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWolters Kluwer U.
