Boise Cascade is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join the
Corporate HR Team. Reporting to the Benefits Manager, you will be
based in the corporate office in Boise, Idaho with the option for
hybrid work arrangements . We are working to be leaders in our

Responsibilities
You Will:
Be a part of the team responsible for the strategic planning,
administration, design, implementation, maintenance, and regulatory
compliance work of company benefit plans (i.e., health,
prescription, dental, vision, life, retirement, and voluntary
programs)
Manage relationships with benefit plan vendors.
Participate in vendor selection and contract maintenance
activities.
Be a subject matter expert on components of our benefit plans.
Lead activities to recommend and implement changes in programs
based on trends, industry knowledge and professional
networking.
Monitor eligible participant changes and complete appropriate
actions.
Coordinate changes in plan documents and summary plan descriptions
including communication plans.
Ensure legal compliance with government regulations for our
benefits plans, policies and procedures.
Network across the organization to align with organization goals
and strategy to operationalize and provide enterprise wide
solutions.
Complete associated regulatory reporting requirements.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
You Have:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university or
equivalent work experience.
General knowledge of HR benefits processes and total rewards
legislative requirements.
Experience implementing and overseeing total rewards programs.
It's even better if you have:
Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model
Experience working with U.S. and/or Canadian benefit and retirement
plans.
Ability to present complex information in a clear manner to
stakeholders.
