Has a hands-on approach for leading design and implementation of Dynamics solutions across a variety of business environments and working with both onshore and offshore development resources.
Responsibilities
Serve as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management.Analyze business needs with a variety of stakeholders, identify relevant solution scenarios, and translate them into architectural models and designs leveraging the full array of Dynamics/Power Platform capabilities (including Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc...)The Solution Architect will consult and help lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across different project/teams and business/enterprise environmentsUtilize a deep understanding of Dynamics functionality and capabilities, ensuring standard Dynamics patterns/practices/tooling are used in each Dynamics implementation. Must also keep abreast of new and updated Dynamics capabilities, working to integrate those capabilities into existing and new solutionsIdentify Dynamics training needs and help organize training programs to address those needs within the organization. Be a coach/mentor for other team members to grow the organization's Dynamics expertise.
Experience and Background 5+ Years' experience with PowerApps/Dynamics solution implementations and deploymentSuccessfully deployed multiple PowerApps/Dynamics solutions into medium and large businesses/enterprises (government related environments a positive)Deep and broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM, including appropriate certification. Must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of practices for Dynamics/Power PlatformDynamics/Power Platform Certifications are a positive such as Power Platform Developer (PL-400) or Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-200) or equivalent Dynamics CertIn-depth understanding of the various CRM modules specifically Customer ServiceBroad understanding of software development lifecycle and agile and scrum processesExpertise in providing both out of the box and development solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environmentExcellent communication, documentation, and presentation skillsExperience of mentoring junior and offshore/onshore staff
