Customer Support Technician

We've got a manager who runs a team that both sit in Boise, ID and
Rio Rancho, NM. She is building out her team with lower skilled
individuals and training them up to move to other teams within
Below is the details of what the team does and what type of skills
she is needing for this role.
Her team supports HP Sales via chat/customer service issues. These
clients they support are small to medium sized businesses.
Pay Rate is roughly $15 - $17/hr. (She has 3 positions)
Skills: High sense of Customer Service. The best new people are
people who have never done this type of a job before.
Ex. A lady who previously worked in livestock business previously
is one of her best techs.
