Cleanup & Total Restoration is hiring a Restoration Technician as a full-time position in Boise, Idaho.As a Restoration Technician, or Mitigation Technician, you will help people and properties recover from damage due to disasters in conditions that have involved smoke, water, mold, and sewage. Our Restoration Technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why they need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.Responsibilities:Work closely with the management team to ensure our customers are well taken care ofHandle any issues caused by smoke, water, mold, or sewage damage and remove and replace damaged materialsConduct a clean and precise demolition using hand and power toolsCommunicate in a friendly and professional manner with all members of your team and our customersFollow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional imageDrive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies to ensure safetyPromote and sell Cleanup & Total Restoration services as a Mitigation TechnicianDocument drying progress using a phone or tablet after proper trainingQualifications:Ability to lift 50 lbs. or moreHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's licenseMust be able to work overtime as needed and some holidaysIICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferredBackground in plumbing, demolition, water mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not requiredFor over 25 years, Cleanup & Total Restoration has remained the top choice for residential and commercial emergency water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, storm damage, mold remediation, and more!
