Management**JOB SUMMARY****ABOUT OUR TEAM**The Compensation
Operations team supports the department's partnerships with third
party vendors on the execution of compensation programs.You will
collaborate with the Compensation Consulting, Executive
Compensation, Benefits, and HR Technology teams to support ad
hoc/standard reporting projects and requests.**ABOUT THE ROLE**We
are looking for a **Compensation Data & Reporting Analyst** with
**HR Analyst experience** to join our team at Marriott
International. This is an **individual contributor, analytical
role** in which you'll use prior business process and vendor
management experience to support the organization's compensation
programs. You will engage creatively and flexibly, as you work with
a variety of subject matter experts and create solutions for
different audiences. Your data analyst experience with managing
projects in the hospitality or service industry is critical to your
success in this position. Preferred experience includes expertise
in data management, report creation, analyzing data, and process
improvement. What this means:+ You'll assist the Sr. Director,
Compensation Operations in documenting requirements and processes
for compensation data management and reports+ You'll build new BI
Publisher reports in Oracle HCM transactional reporting. You'll use
SQL to build accurate, efficient data models and reports+ You'll
help manage and edit current BIP reports used to support standard
compensation reporting+ You'll examine current BI Publisher and
OTBI reports and tune/optimize the SQL for the best performance for
our users+ You will support business as usual operations through
the management of self-service tools, conducting training on those
tools, and running ad hoc reports as needed+ You will also partner
with vendors to implement enhancements and troubleshoot/resolve
issues and escalations+ You will help manage and track vendor
activities, such as monitoring issues and managing change requests+
You will help create, update, and optimize critical Compensation
data management processes and reports needed in order to run the
business**This position can be located remotely, with some travel
to our corporate headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.**Reports

Activities**_On a daily basis, you will be able to demonstrate
skills in Business Processes, Functional Results, Managing
Execution, and Building Relationships. Including:_+ Create and
enhancement processes to manage compensation data (e.g. Bonus
Plans, Compensation Zones, etc---)+ Completing the intake process
with vendors to capture requirements driven by the business+
Interacting with subject matter experts across a variety of
clients, e.g., discipline or brand, to design and develop effective
compensation reporting solution+ Clearly and concisely present
ideas to clients on initiatives+ Building reports within agreed
upon timelines+ Leading testing efforts, including test scenarios,
scripts and execution+ Managing time and resources to meet project
deadlines and changing business and/or market needs+ Working as a
project leader to achieve results in a team environment+ Managing
multiple projects and processes on time and on budget+ Developing
relationships with internal and external stakeholders, across
regions, brands, and disciplines**OUR EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS**+ BS/BA degree (required)+ Preferably, a degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations
Research, Business or Math or other quantitative discipline+
Required at least 3+ years of reporting and analytics experience
and experience creating/updating SQL queries.+ Analytics experience
in the area of human resources is preferred.+ Preferred experience
using Oracle HCM or another large HCM platform with HR data.+
Ideally, 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience as an HR
Analyst, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of
exceptional performance or an advanced degree in operations
research, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, physics,
business analytics or engineering.+ Experience manipulating large
data sets in Python, R, or SAS, and visualizing outputs in Oracle
DV, Tableau or PowerBI is a strong plus!+ Experience with the
following programs (preferred)+ MS PowerPoint+ MS Visio+ MS Excel+
MS Teams+ MS OneNote+ MS Teams+ Oracle HCM (preferred but not
required)+ Workforce Compensation+ Core HR+ HCM Extracts+ PaaS+

position is $90,975 to $180,131 annually.**New York City &
Westchester County, NY Applicants Only:** The salary range for this
position is $110,081 to $198,146 annually.All Locations offer
