The Content Acquisition Operations team plays a meaningful role in enabling the development of all Cengage Group products. The Content Acquisition Analyst is responsible for facilitating the selection of content and acquisition of inbound intellectual property and licenses. This includes contract interpretation pertaining to payment of both narrative content (royalties) as well as licensed content. This high visibility role provides analysis, recommendations, consultation, and support for key stakeholders of the Content Data Operations team for assigned content areas and maintains compliance with Cengage Group's Legal rights policies. This content focused position serves as a key player in the development of Cengage product lines including critical path timing management, budget management and contract interpretation activities.
