Job Description:
As the Financial Business partner to the North American
Distribution network, the employee will manage and partner on all
activity related to our internal and TPM fulfillment related to
operational projects and initiatives. Key area of responsibilities
including:
- Deliver NA Consolidated monthly reporting for DCs and outbound
transportation working with our One Source and Genpact teams as
well as ad hoc reporting/analytics as necessary for business
decision making purposes
- Financial business partner with the North America Wholesale
Distribution team to manage and align on all financial activity
related to our internal and TPM fulfillment centers
- Manage and prepare monthly performance reporting scorecard
utilized by senior level staff of distribution
- Partner with the NA Distribution team to manage and align on
forecast spend for all activities
- Partner with NA Transportation team to manage and align on
forecasting outbound transportation spend.
- Collaborating on key strategic initiatives, driving analytics,
supporting projects, and delivering and supporting
presentations
- Partner with the business teams to drive the development of
financial models against Key Performance Indicators and strategic
choices/Plan
- Assist in the preparation, review and management of the North
America Annual Distribution Budget Package, as well as three-year
Strategy & Long Range Planning packages to Senior Management
including all supporting schedules
- Business process owner for all Audit/SOX controls related to
North America Distribution

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education level: University degree, Business
Management, Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years of experience
--
- Self-starter with well-developed interpersonal and influence
skills; ability to create strong working relationships across all
levels and disciplines in the company, driving progress through
influence; ability to interact independently with senior leaders;
executive presence, business judgement, and maturity
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability
to quickly re-prioritize while still meeting deadlines
- Ability to Ability to gather information, develop & analyze
complex data sets, cutting through complexity to succinctly
summarize analysis to high quality insights / solutions as well as
recommend solutions for optimizing systems and processes
- Collaboration across functional and regional teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills required
- Power BI, Tableau/Dashboarding tools, SAP GRC knowledge a big
plus.U.S. CORPORATE/OFFICE EXEMPT ROLESThe anticipated base salary
range for this position is $81,000 to $131,000. Exact salary
depends on several--factors such as experience, skills, education,
and budget. Salary range may vary based on--geographic location. In
addition to base salary, this position is eligible for
participation in a--highly competitive bonus program with
possibility for overachievement based on performance--and company
