As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to end-users.The Support Analyst should possess a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. You should be able to demonstrate a strong ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Support Analyst, you will be expected to provide high-quality customer service to end-users, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
