Job Description:
DescriptionPrimary Purpose
The experienced Engineer - Team Contributor 4 develops and applies
engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to complex and
unique engineering problems. A person in this role is recognized as
a key internal reference point for technical guidance through depth
and breadth of knowledge and may be required to provide technical
guidance over a group of colleagues, CAD, and administrative staff
on projects of medium to high complexity. This role is also
responsible for developing, validating, and presenting technical
output and may provide leadership for development of deliverables
to clients.
Job Responsibilities
Communicates directly with all internal and external team members
to identify and coordinate details of work on multifaceted
projects.
Performs studies required for independent data gathering, new
procedures or recommendation solutions when several are
adequate.
Completes expense reports and timesheets in a timely and accurate
manner and seeks direction from supervisor when conflicts
arise.
Assists in the development and production of project scope of work
packages (scope, schedule & budget) for assigned discipline.
Experience
10-15 years - Related work experience demonstrating continuous
growth and knowledge expansion. Designing and overseeing technical
aspects of projects and providing guidance and mentorship to
pro.
