Our Behavior Technicians make the biggest difference in the lives of the children and families that we work with. As a Behavior Technician, you will engage with children on the autism spectrum, at one of our state-of-the-art centers and in our client's homes. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts develop treatment plans for our clients and as a Behavior Technician, you'll implement a variety of goals to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors.
Requirements

• Must be available to work 5 days a week- afternoon/evenings (3-7pm). Additional hours will be scheduled earlier in the day, but are flexible.
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred
• CBT or RBT certification preferred, however we do provide paid training and this certification as a benefit if you are not currently certified
• Relevant experience working with children with special needs Benefits
