They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team immediately! They are built on trust and integrity and specialize on ground up diverse commercial construction projects. --- 4-5 years' experience in Senior role OR 9 years in Project Manager position
--- Diverse commercial construction experience (hospitality, higher ed, car dealerships, healthcare, industrial)
--- Experience working for a general contractor or developer
--- B.S. in Construction related field (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Can do attitude
--- Ability to lead and manage a team
