This position is responsible for responding to tenant maintenance calls and concerns.EVERY DAY, YOU WILL - Focus on aesthetics of a property or group of properties. - Grounds/parking lot clean up. - Verifies all lighting systems are operating properly. - Attention to detail on cleanliness of entrances of tenant suites/spaces. - Perform routine checks/sign offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights within the property(s). - Snow/ice removal as necessary. - Identifying any potential safety hazards on a property or group of properties. - Maintaining landscapes/hardscapes within the property(s). - Support for other Maintenance Technicians when necessary. - Responsible for the cleanliness of the shop/working areas. - Takes on work orders from tenants within a property or group of properties. - Deals directly with tenants on building issues or issues within their leased space(s). - Communicates issues with their respective manager. - Takes direction from their manager on daily tasks/initiatives. - Responsible for the general maintenance and orderliness of the property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs. - Maintains inventory/organization of commonly used parts and equipment. - Participates in 24/7 on call rotation for tenant needs and emergencies including after hour calls. - Specializes in a specific area including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utility analysis. - Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or utility issues. - Maintains extensive knowledge of building mechanicals and equipment. - Controls and adjusts BAS (Building automation system) including lighting and HVAC. - Controls building energy usage based on tenant occupancy and comfort levels. - Ability to direct mechanics or outside contractors on building related issues.HCP24Requirements:WHAT WE NEEDEducation High School diploma or equivalentExperience and/or Training

  • 2-5 years of field experience
  • Valid driver's license
