Simplot Company is on a greenfield SAP S/4 HANA ERP global transformation journey to support our current business and provide a unified platform that will take us into the future. --Along with implementing and utilizing the core SAP S/4HANA functionality, we are implementing and connecting multiple SAP-adjacent systems; SAP Ariba is one of those systems. We are looking for a functional analyst who can support SAP Ariba and its integration to S/4HANA. The Functional Analysts are experts in their respective areas and must be able to effectively communicate with technical and --non-technical audiences in the pursuit of design, implementation, and on-going support of the solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Be the functional expert for your process area or application
• Ensure your consulting team members of your process area follow program expectations
• Represent your process area in design and build sessions and solutioning
• Guide and participate in configuration in your process area
• Participate and contribute to daily stand-up meetings with a small agile development team in a quest to rapidly deploy new solutions on the S4 platform and tangential systems.
• Utilize agile methodologies for continuous delivery of solutions.-- Rapid deployment and validation of solutions components is a must.
• Design, configure, and test developed solutions and collaborate with agile team peers on the scope of the solution.
• Participate in continuous discovery of new solutions that will utilize the SAP Product Suite already procured by Simplot.Typical Education

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or universityRelevant Experience
  • 3+ Years of proven experience as an SAP Functional Analyst or IT Business Analyst in relation to Ariba and procurement processes.
  • Working knowledge of the new Fiori tools is preferred and S/4HANA experience is helpful (1809,1909,2022).
  • Good understanding of various integration patterns between SAP products and non-SAP Products and when to utilize these patterns when enabling a business process is preferred.
  • Good understanding of the development lifecycle utilization of SAP Solution Manager and how it will be utilized in a Dev/Ops environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Good understanding of standards, guidelines, and best practices to be used during development is required. Other Information
