Watch our latest video to see our product features and capabilities here:t:slim X2--- Insulin Pump with Control-IQ--- TechnologyA DAY IN THE LIFE:The Inbound Inside Sales Representative is an entry-level role responsible for managing all incoming queue calls, responding to inquiries, and converting sales leads to qualified opportunities by supporting customers through the PIF (Patient Information Form) process. Additionally, this position will be responsible for understanding customers' underlying needs or issues and provide information regarding products & services.Communicates with potential customers (by phone, email, and/or fax), and explains the operation and use of all products offered by Tandem Diabetes CareDocuments interactions, calls, and lead information into the customer relationship management (CRM) system in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.Manages calls to maximize time and effort on the job to achieve daily metrics while adhering to a specified schedule adherence.YOU'RE AWESOME AT:Effectively communicating over the phone with customers to resolve issues and answer questions according to department protocols and requirements.Documenting calls by typing on a keyboard while speaking to a customer on the phone.Advanced knowledge of diabetes, unmet needs of diabetes therapies, and benefits of insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring or other disease management devices/diagnostics desirable. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.Experience in a customer service environment of which six (6) months must be placing/receiving inbound/outbound callsExperience achieving sales quotas in a fast-paced environmentWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?In addition to innovative technology, we have a culture that fosters the idea that the happiest people are the most productive people.
